Starter 57(DM2) Gesture Connect Main Course 138(DM2) Attack Level Dessert 154(DM2) The Balloon Additional Comments My students need energy; they can be a little introvert so, I wanted a combination of theatre games that would energise and inspire them to ‘let go’ in performance… I got that with this combination. The energy was ramped up from the get-go with Banana and HASH being great ways to create a buzzz in the class without singling anyone out. I was shocked with how well some of my students committed to the Gesture Connect exercise; even the shyer ones. I found that the starters and I Am were great for group bonding and the main course inspired lots of creative play. The students enjoyed all the challenges, both physical and creative so, I would definitely recommend this and others from Drama Menu 1 & 2. This combination worked great as it got them all focused at the start of the session with the Steps, 1 Min Focus and Take My Breath Away (which worked really well). The Hook produced amazing work; so creative and the students loved exploring the concept; I ran over by about 20minutes as I thought it was worth it to allow them to explore and perfect their Hook scenarios.
