I played Hands Of Power after the Energy Circle to mix the class up before moving on to 10 seconds to make . . . I would recommend this with more highly strung groups as it dissipated some of the excitment to allow the students to focus a little more on 10 Seconds To Make (which we played over several rounds!).

So here’s an interesting tidbit: I started two blogs in Blogger. I then switched my writer blog (I write fiction) to WordPress and kept HHH on Blogger. Why? Because there were features with each that I liked well, and I never loved WordPress quite enough to go through the hassle of switching again for HHH. If someone does switch from Blogger to WordPress, I strongly suggest using the feature in WordPress that dumps all your posts to the new blog for you. I still had to do some rearranging with posts, but the content was there very quickly.
I find the trick is to NOT go to the gym, and do your workout elsewhere…rollerblading at the beach for example. It SEEMS like fun, but is actually a workout. You’ve got to trick your mind…sad, but true.
Why is the Philly and DC areas subject to the Vinrkgs-Caidinals and Giants-Seahawks game? They both should be watching the Bucs-Falcons game since it’s a huge game.

I like both of my Sony TVs, but I wouldn’t pay money to Googlize one.I don’t know what’s with the YouTube apps for TV, but virtually all of them, for every brand, are a complete fail. Like you point out, they’re so minimal as to be essentially useless. You can get YouTube’s preprogrammed crap that nobody wants, and that’s about all. You’d think Google, of all of them, could do better. Guess not…

Thanks mybelle….what a thought?! Not feelling guilty about having feelings. I’ve heard it said that feeling bad about doing something (or not doing something, like being consistent, in my case) allows you to keep doing that behavior. I seriously have like a million thoughts about this entire conundrum, way more than I could write in a post, spanning from hopeful to depressed. Today taking action helped. I suspect it will always help. Feeling bad about it does not. Now…how to act even when feeling badly. This is my lesson. This is my practice.
All great suggestions! Keeping a log of my workouts is helpful for me, too. It shows how far I’ve come and how much work I’ve put in and keeps me accountable. Plus it’s helpful to see what factors contributed to a good or bad workout.
